In 1962, JFK challenged the nation to "achieving the goal, before the decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the earth."

And guess what? We did it!

NASA has achieved great things. Before Apollo 11 went to the moon, there was the Gemini program, and the Mercury program before that. After Apollo, there was the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station. The Hubble telescope. As of this writing a spacecraft is on its way to Pluto.

Join us with our special guest Kathie H., who recently attended the Goddard Center's State Of NASA event for social media mavens. Kathie will share her experiences with us and talk about the history and future of space travel.
