Wine making has been around for thousands of years. It is not only an art but also a science. Wine making is a natural process that requires little human intervention, but each wine maker guides the process through different techniques. In general, there are five basic components of the wine making process: harvesting, crushing and pressing, fermentation, clarification, and aging and bottling. Wine makers typically follow these five steps but add variations and deviations along the way to make their wine unique (a blog post written by Kim Myers on November 14, 2014). Like choice, fine grapes you have been plucked from the harvest.  Labeled and stamped the best of the best.
