Tea with Girlfriends

Some of the lowest moments in my life began to turn upward after hearing these simple words uttered with love from the mouth of a girlfriend "Can I get you a cup of Tea?"

Sometimes with our lives being so busy it is hard to arrange that cup of tea with girlfriends even when you know it is that therapy that you just cannot afford to live without! This is why I have created  Tea with Girlfriends...So that we can have a place to remove ourselves from the sometimes competetive and painful nature of relationships with other women and to enter a space that allows Candid and healing talks about everyday life,  an online support group where we uplift and remind one another of our personal power, a place where tears are not only allowed but encouraged,  and where each woman's innate wisdom becomes a beacon of support for another while being a reminder to herself of the power of her own words.

Possible Topics:    Allowing spirit into your life, breaking through fear and limitation, recognizing your gifts, trusting your intuition, saying yes to yourself and no to others without guilt, recognizing the mind body connection,  developing creativity based versus victim based thinking, finding ways to love yourself wholeheartedly. I am so excited about our show.. thank you for taking part..   Love, Monica
