As we approach the Convention of States, there are some who are concerned about a group called ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council) to the venture. Most of those concerned have no real idea what ALEC is, what they stand for, or how they operate. Carl Bearden tackles this (and other) issues tonight. Carl is the founder and Executive Director at United for Missouri and United for Missouri's Future. He's a past Missouri Legislator, serving as Speaker Pro Tem and as Chairman of the House Budget Committee. Carl is a member of ALEC and joins us to share ALEC's mission and answer your questions.
