Meet Natasha Hagan, SURVIVOR!

Tonight I will be talking with Natasha Hagan, rape survivor and supporter of RAIIN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) and TeamStrick. 

 

FROM NATASHA: 

I am Natasha Hagan and I am a survivor of sexual assault and rape. Thanks to finding RAINN in 2010 through Actress 'KaDee Strickland' and her role on the (now cancelled) ABC Show 'Private Practice', i was able to come forward about what happened to me. I also reached out to help via RAINN's hotline. As I started to speak out and make friends with other survivors who spoke out thanks to RAINN, I was able to find my own way to give back and advocate sexual assault awareness. That is when 'TeamStrick' was born. 

 

" ‘TeamStrick’ was started as a way to support actress, now advocate, ‘KaDee Strickland’ and her efforts with the phenomenal ‘RAINN’ (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) organization. We all know the severity of sexual assault. Through KaDee's influence and our own personal incentives, our goal is to spread awareness, raise funds for RAINN, and to get survivors the help they rightfully need and deserve. Join us. Together, as a team, we can make the world a better place. Let's follow KaDee's lead."

 

Not only do I run 'TeamStrick', but I also am an author for the 'Survivor Manual' and writer, editor and sole-creator of 'Celebs Go Charity'.
