Hermanie Pierre at 26 is one of the youngest Civil engineers working in Arkansas.  The stunning beauty queen has several titles (Miss Saline County USA 2012, Miss Northeast Arkansas International 2012) and she is the Former Miss Haiti International and the Haiti International pageant Director. Hermanie was in top 10 finalist in Miss International and won Miss Congeniality Intl 2012. Hermanie also won 3rd place in NPC all Star Arkansas State Championships. Hermanie is the personification of beauty and brains. Because in addition to her beauty pageant honors, she is a passionate children’s advocate!
