The Money Guru - Michelle Oliver

Michelle Oliver, Money Guru, Life Insurance Advocate, and President of the Oliver Financial Group, has over 18 years in the financial, insurance and marketing industry. Michelle started her financial career at Life of Virginia. Her other financial jobs were at Wachovia Bank and Securities and GE Financial now Genworth Financial. All of her jobs have groomed her to her position now at the Oliver Financial Group. In her spare time she enjoys being a mom, interviewing artist on her internet jazz radio station www.thenoteradio.com. She is licensed in life and health, Series 6 and 63. She is studying to take her Series 7 exam as well. She manages several agents and works with many insurance companies. Michelle Oliver speaks all over the U.S. to women about women and finances and empowerment issues, and is passionate about teaching and training financial literacy. She is a member of General Agent Management Association (GAMA), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). She is active in her community helping with Parent Teachers Association and assist as an Advisory Council member of the Girl Scout Commonwealth Council Alumnae Association. Michelle has designed a "Back to the Basic with Finance" series to educates women on the sign of financial times affecting woman and their families. It includes radio shows, conference calls and Money Groups.
