About Rhonda: I am a Chicago native who attended Florida A&M University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and then went on to Pennsylvania State University for an MBA with Finance and Marketing focus. I began my career in IT consulting and then found my passion for sales with a telecommunications company. After 5 years in the Corporate arena, I found myself unfulfilled and with a desire to be my own boss. After 4 months as a part time Warm Spirit consultant, and loving every minute of it, I embarked on a journey to turn it into a full time business. For the next year, I spent countless hours working the business – selling, identifying new team members and networking to grow my customer and consultant base. After 1-½ years as a consultant, I was able to replace my corporate income and attain the position of Executive. Four months later, I surpassed my monthly corporate take home pay and reached the position of Director - the third highest in the company and held by only one other in the company at that time. In November of 2005, I promoted to National Vice President. This position is currently held by only six others. I attribute my Warm Spirit success to tireless dedication, focus and the belief that I could be one the success stories in the minefield of entrepreneurshi
