Canine Exercise: Water, Stretches, and Conditioning

Dogs recovering from injuries is becoming easier with the help of innovative treatments and options for pet owners. Renea Dahms, owner of Pawsitively Unleashed, will be discussing canine conditioning with Dog Talk host Michelle Huntting. These innovative treatments can be used with dogs recovering from sports injury, post surgery, arthritis, weight management, neuromuscular dysfunction, elbow dysplasia, and so much more.

Renea Dahms has been working with Central Wisconsin dog owners since 1995. She is a graduate of the Canine Behavior Sciences and Technology program from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute. Renea volunteers her time with the South Wood County Humane Society, where she works with volunteers to train the shelter dogs for a better chance of being adopted. When not working with clients and their dogs, or the SWCHS- Renea actively trains and competes with her own dogs in stock (herding), agility, rally obedience, obedience, tracking and treibball. She has certified numerous dogs as Therapy Dogs and Canine Good Citizens. She is also a licensed American Treibball Association -Treibball judge.
