    Conditioning for the soul!

    in Self Help

As we age, we live with physical tension the cause of most muscle aches and pains.  For instance at the end of the day, we feel the twinges when we move suddenly or stiffness and physical tiredness.
Join me as we change conditioning and learn that we hold the power to release the tension in our bodies with relaxation techniques, visualization and the mastery of our minds, through directed thought patterns.  Enjoy a moment of being and giving ourselves some food for our soul!
“It's very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing.  Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
