We are going to Red Hook, a neighborhood on Brooklyn, NY to talk with Ralph Gorham, co-owner of the Lobster Pound, where their biggest seller is the lobster roll. It's a full menu of seafood delights there along with an award winning hamburger option. Do they get the lobsters, cook em and take out the meat for the lobster rolls? This is not his only locale but it is the only full restaurant.
