Attention chocoholics!  How would you like to create your own chocolate bar? A company called Chocomize, located in Long Island City, New York does this.  In fact, co-owner Joey Dauenhauer went on Shark Tank for a money request.  Despite being turned down by all of the Sharks, it certainly gave he and his business partner, Fabian Kaempfer, a whole lot of publicity. Has the business risen since?  What choices does the public have in creating a chocolate bar?

We certainly consume a great deal of shrimp.  Pick up a bag of frozen shrimp and read the label.  Are there any additives or preservatives?  Larry Dimino, owner of Sea Touch Seafood considers himself to be a "shrimpologist" as well as providing shrimp without additives.
