Whirl With Merle

Looking for some cooking ideas for the holidays?  If you don't have a NuWave oven, it's time to buy one....really...!   I have asked Chef Krystle of Hearthware (makers of the NuWave Oven and Precision Induction Cooktop) to give us some recipe ideas as well as instructions on how they can be cooked in the NuWave Oven.  I'm curious about how I can make potato latkes for Chanukah without frying them.   Also, the use of the extender ring and layers of food all in one oven.
