GO DO BE is my own quote that started with “Where I wanted to GO.. What I wanted to DO…Who I wanted to BE!” It became my vision and my goal. So far those questions have inspired many an adventure and has helped me stay as true to ME as I can!… Now I use it to inspire/motivate others..

I've had many NSV in my journey but the first time I was actually able to wear heels for a whole day and not want to rip my feet off was a true accomplishment! And one I help my clients strive for.
