Sherri Zimmerman shares her book "Connection"

My guest this week is an advocate for what she calls, "TDP", or the temporarily dissconnected person. Sherri has written the book, Connection, and explores the idea of people like Van Goh, Virginia Wolff, Patti Duke, T.S. Elliot, Earnest Hemingway and many artists, writers, poets and geniuses who received messages of doom known as psychosis, paranoia and hallucinations, yet are extremely gifted as well. What is the connection between everyday people who experience psychic revelations and end up institutionalized and those who don't?
