When you awaken each morning what do you do? How do you choose what will happen during your day? Do you just go with the flow or do you decide its outcome and choose something different to occur? YOU CAN decide. YOU do not have to let the world decide for you. This morning meditation was inspired by Mitch Horowitz's Your Daily Seven from Science of Mind, the February 2017 edition. The next seven weeks we will take one of the seven as our meditation starter. Here are the seven and the first one is tonight: 1. Morning Connection, 2. Sacred Literature, 3. Gratitude, 4. Afternoon Prayer, 5. Choose Kindness, 6. Radically Forgive, 7. Reject Humiliation. I look forward to exploring these with you over the course of the next seven weeks.
