We often think of mindfulness of as only pertaining to being present while meditating, but what if mindfulness could be part of our daily lives for loving ourselves better. To love ourselves as God loves us. And yes, it is being present, but it is being present as part of the bigger Presence within.

During this meditation, release any and all pressures concerning any decision decision-making, no matter how pressing that may feel like.

Quick decisions: Yellow helps with clear thinking and quick decision-making but it can also be impulsive.

Anxiety producing: Yellow is fast moving so too much time in its presence can agitate and lead to nervousness and emotional instability.
