Has your week, NOT gone exactly as planned? Even though each more you re-stated your intention, your goals or wrote out your To-Do List and each evening did you chastise yourself because nothing that was on the list was done? That was my week. I had a great week with a few frustrations, but the writing of the list was just like the bus schedule, a suggestion.
Tonight we are going to reset our brains, our intentions and this time for the weekend our goal is to have fun. We'll start by going faraway in our mind's eye and come out through a clearing and end up by the sea refreshed.
