Karen Dale - Transforming Medicaid Care Management

Karen M. Dale is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Health Solutions at DC Chartered Health Plan, Inc. (Chartered) and is responsible for generating and leading the key initiatives that support future growth of the organization and fulfilling the Chartered mission. She strategically positions operations by leading on business planning and innovative solutions for services, thus creating unique ways to solve the critical challenges related to Chartered members. Currently serving over 100,000 residents, Chartered is the largest Medicaid MCO in the District of Columbia.
