It is not unusual for us to get caught up in the moment-to-moment challenges of our live and there are many. We forget that we're allowed to take a "praise break."

A "praise break" is an intentional choice on our part to sacrifice everything on the alter of praise. In those seasons, we abandon our cares and concerns to just praise him.

We do so with a powerful confidence that HE is GOD and everything is in HIS hands. It's a form of surrender to HIM. We'll notice that we become aware of peace and  joy in our hearts.
