This Week In Obstacle Racing

Our guests this week will include Scott from MESP. The folks at MESP have been producing triathlons and adventure races for a few years. They also bring us the Merrell Down and Dirty Mud Run.

We will also talk to Damion and Tracy from MudRunFun. This married couple breathes, eats, sleeps (and drinks) obstacle racing. They have the most comprehensive site I have seen in terms of updates, reviews and coupons. They have taken over Florida and look next to take over the world.

Carrie Adams will make her 2nd apperance on the podcast to talk about the upcoming Spartan Super in Virginia. I will also sneak in a few more questions about the Ultra Beast.
