Ok. Let's get all of the mom cliches and puns out of the way first...one bad mother, go ask your muddah, mama said knock you out, momma knows best, naughty moms need mud too, was that last one neccessary?, probably not, I don't care, it was fun to write.

This episode features 3 women who should be admired because being a mom is already the hardest job in the world. Add to that a day job, training, and racing at the top levels and you can see why I asked them to be on the show.

Ang Young Reynolds is a mother of 3. She is also in first place on the Spartan leader board. I ran with her in Florida. She carried a tire. I did not. She is not to be messed with.

Francisca Dennis is a mother of 6. Read that sentence again then google photos of her. Enough said.

Heather Gannoe aka RunFasterMommy is an ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist. She writes an awesome blog and is raising 2 boys on her own. She also runs triathlons and will be running the upcoming Spartan Ultra Beast.
