The Mud Man and The Rad Woman

Kevin LaPlatney is our kind of guy. He finished first in his age group in the NY Spartan Sprint. He also has a great system for grading obstacle courses which I wish I had thought of for his Mudman Report. On top of that he is in a relationship with Leyla Di Cori, who ranks higher than he does in the Spartan 300. We will talk to him about all of this and more.

Carrie "Rad" Adams is our kind of gal. She has multiple blogs about training, clean eating, and adult humor. That alone would make her someone I'd hang with. She also blazes many trails for the Spartan Community. "You'll know at the finish line"- that was her. The Spartan Chicked Movement (over 6200 facebook members at last count)-also her. We will attempt to find out how she finds time to do all of this and still do a great job as a single mom.
