What can we do to help improve the economy in 2012 & 2013?

MarshallTalk will be covering the issue of what can be done to help the United States economy in the next couple of years. Marshall the Host of MarshallTalk has some ideas that are new and re-used that he believes would have the economy recover. However, Marshall also believes regardless of how good the ideas are, the Congress is not interested in real improvement right now.
