Is it possible for the Economy to Recover in 2012?

MarshallTalk will be covering the issue of whether it is possible for the United States economy to recover this year. Marshall the Host of MarshallTalk believe it is not likely the economy will recover this year, however if it does it will be a partial recovery. Marshall also believes we will need some major change for any type of recovery for example more stimulus, or a major change in Congress.
