S01:03 A Conversation with Tod Marvin

Welcome to Managing OS13 with Deborah Kerr and Dennis Tardan.

Our guest today is Tod Marvin, the President and CEO of Easter Seals Central Texas. He has been in his current role since November 2012. Every year, Easter Seals Central Texas serves over 8,500 people with disabilities, their family members and caregivers. The organization has been serving Central Texas since 1937.

Prior to coming to Easter Seals, Tod spent the previous 8 years at the American Heart Association where he was the Senior Vice President, Health Strategies for their Southwest Affiliate. In this role, Tod led and directed all mission activities including research, advocacy, communication, marketing, quality improvement initiatives, and cultural and community health programs.
