The global movement of labor has taken place and we are all susceptible to its direct effects on our lives, if not already felt its impact. Tonight’s program is in memory of those that gave the 4 July meaning and what we can do to provide a legacy for those who have yet to come in a country that can still provide opportunities for those that just get out of their own way.

I had a discussion with a colleague who has been teaching their children Cantonese.

An associate of mine has two grandchildren who are ambassadors for their high school with students in Jodhpur, India.

This year two of my nephews graduated, one from Oxford, England and the other Princeton, New Jersey. Their worlds are boundless to the extent they cultivate an exploratory mind set into the future.

So what about you! Do you still feel the tingle of things yet to discover? Have you asked yourself what do you want to do with your future? By all accounts, humans are living longer and therefore those of us who have lived life’s experiences and have prior knowledge from which to draw from can steer our own ship towards what wakes us up and motivates us. Furthermore, we are so fortunate to be able to share these anticipations of experiences yet to come with our younger members of society in helping them create their purpose, their goals and aspirations. Technology may be the catalyst that opens doors; you have to be willing to walk through!
