True will is not measured. Some people think you have to do all these things for your will's desire to come to fruition when in fact it is just your mind alone. However, it is proven that there are religious templates in this world which help us bringourselves to that what we are seeking to touch through magickal sciences and cultured spiritual practices. Do whatever you have to do to be able to finally reach your true. Some people do it fully and some not at all. Some touch there true will in magick in only certain parts of themselves in their life and some just a little more. Magick shouldn't be just to survive, then i guess its magick but doing greater things to help this world elevate and raise its vibration is what being able to do magick in the first place is all about.
