Today we're continuing our discussion on why the phrase "Black Lives Matter" means so much in a society in which being Black often times means being assaulted on different levels from all aspects. From facing the persistent realities of institutionalized racism and pressures outside of our communities, to dealing with the myriad pressures within our communites, the constant stress of navigating these minefields takes a noticable toll on most Black people in America.
