PDA...Ok or Not Ok?

PDA: Is it ever appropriate? Is there a line of reason or does anything go? Does time of day and Location make a difference? Is it ok for you but not for other people? Should people get tickets for PDA/Indecent Exposure? Have you ever engaged in PDA or have you ever stopped/tried to stop PDA from happening?
