     One of the highest death periods happens between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We are now in that time frame.   Understand how compassion with yourself is the key to releasing your sadness and grief whether you are dealing with the death of a loved one or the death of your addiction.  We will learn that where we put our focus and attention brings about our peace. 

     Experience that:

*  It's okay and necessary to allow all your feelings to surface

*  You must release all judgment about your feelings

*  Focusing on gratitude brings peace and helps to change your perspective

•  Death is merely a changing of form
