Some say that if you follow your passion the universe will open up to you and that is exactly what happened to Leticia Thomas. After many years balancing work and family there was little time for her to explore her personal interests.

In 2010 Leticia created ChasingSoul.com. Her blog would serve as a way to document her love for music and the journey she would take to find the best soul music. Music has always been a part of Leticia’s life. 

Little did she know ‘chasing soul’ was the beginning of a journey that would allow her to meet like-minded music lovers and put her on the path to entrepreneurship.

 
Chasing Soul inspired the creation of Organic Fusion a boutique consulting firm that partners with clients to
design social media strategies for Conya Doss,
Liv Warfield, the 2012 Stellar Gospel Music Awards and is currently partnering with the Vail Soul Music Fest.

living a holistic life. As women we often give so much of ourselves to others that there is none left for us. I feel
