Operation Reach Back (ORB) is a convergence of caring, concerned, and committed Christian men who have a heart for assisting in improving the quality of life of the next generation of young men.

The organizers desire not only to have a lasting impression on the lives of the young men they come into contact with but to have an impact that lasts long after the young men transition out of the program.

The organization believes not just in making a deposit in the lives of the youth but truly making an investment, committing to the investment, and witnessing a return on the investment.
