As a continuous celebration of African American History month, this episode focuses on the Black Messiah. The anointed one or the concept of a "God Sent Black Leader" is not new. Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, and Marcus Garvey are good examples. Now, Barack Obama is considered by many as the modern Black Messiah. Tune in to this episode of Long Story Short for an exploration of power politics and religion.
