Being grateful can boost your happiness and intuition big time and even science has shown that within a week or two you can experience improvements. If you want more happiness, greater optimism about the world, and a feeling of being connected to others, plus have a stronger intuition all you need to do is be grateful. We can start by saying, “Thank you.” But it’s more than just the words; it is what I call Positive Gratitude. Later, I’ll show you an easy and powerful way to be grateful with positive gratitude that has been scientifically shown to work.
