Stress seems to be a major part of our culture. Everyone seems to be uptight, stressed and full of anxiety. In general we are a fast paced society, full of worry and in most cases we do not structure our life. Often times we are spent. That means over worked, over promised and pulled in numerous directions.

"Managing Critical Moments"  and stress can affect our mood, it also reduces immune function, interupts our sleep and effects our blood pressure.

Today we will talk about what to do to keep from "stressing" and managing critical moments. Let us stay calm, eat healthy and exercise.
