I am excited to have my son, Zander DeNador, back as my guest for Live Your Music! Tune in for a conversation about Zander’s inspiring journey as a film editor, musician, and singer songwriter and hear three songs by Zander during the show!

Zander DeNador is a film editor, musician, and singer-songwriter. Zander’s passion for film began with creating videos during high school, some for homework assignments and some for fun with friends. In high school, Zander wrote and recorded songs for the first two albums of the family band, “The DeNadors”. During Zander's junior year of college, he created a short film called "Axe of God,” which is a manifestation of his creative passions for film and music coming together.

Zander graduated from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production and an emphasis on film editing. His first job in film was working on the ABC TV show "Wipeout”. After working for 4 years on various reality shows, Zander got his first job on a scripted show in Bill Burr’s animated comedy, “F is for Family” on Netflix.

After 4 seasons of “F is for Family,” Zander got hired to be the Assistant Editor on the “Futurama” revival on Hulu. About a year into his job on “Futurama,” Zander got his first promotion to an official editorial position and is now an Associate Editor for the show. “Futurama” has been Zander’s absolute favorite show since it began airing and he is incredibly grateful to be able to be part of the creative side in addition to be an avid fan. Zander is living his dream of being able to help create the show he’s loved so much and is excited for everyone to be able to watch the new seasons when they air!
