Something we can all easily chime in on is the hurdle of what typically happens "after high school" in the lives of students. Namely, the erosion of their faith during the college years. Much has been written on this topic, so chime in on our own experiences. -- When have you seen a young person defy the statistics and actually maintain their faith or return to it within the four years after graduation? -- When should a youth ministry program take their active hands off of a student? At what point is that individual now expected to "move on?" -- How do we define success in this kind of spiritual journey -- What kind of investment needs to be made at different points in middle school and high school to prepare them for emerging adulthood?
