In 2008 Scott Fritz founded Growth Connect – growthconnect.com. By leveraging business coaching services, advisory board development and angel investment resources, Growth Connect specializes in transforming businesses into assets. Mr. Fritz founded his previous company, Human Capital, in 1997. Through persistent passion, focus and an incredible team, Scott grew his company into a nationwide player with 2007 annual revenues of $170 million dollars. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000 percent. Servicing 350 client companies and 5,000 employees in over 40 states, Human Capital was sold to a nationwide staffing firm in 2007. As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz has invested in multiple ventures. Areas of investment include: land development, environmental services, business services, technology, retail and entertainment. His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor to business coach and advisory board member. In May of 2010 Scott published The 40 Hour Work YEAR – 40hourworkyear.com. The book chronicles Scott’s entrepreneurial journey first hand, as he shares with the reader his unique business tools, action focused exercises and mindset philosophy that allowed him to achieve The 40 Hour Work YEAR. In addition to his various business endeavors, Mr. Fritz has held multiple volunteer positions within the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO). These positions include: Global Committee Chair, Regional Director, Area Director and Chapter President. Scott is also an EO Certified Accelerator and Strategy Summit Facilitator. The role of facilitator allows Scott to work with these leading entrepreneurs in the areas of business strategy, sales, people management and finance. Since 2005 Scott has facilitated over one hundred individual strategic sessions and educational programs.
