My guest, Nancy Napier, PhD, is a College Professor of Business and Economics and Director of the International Business-Centre of Creativity and Innovation at Boise State University. Nancy is a nationally recognized author and expert on international business, particularly relating to the study of creativity and innovation as applied to a variety of business dynamics. Her most recent book, “Insight: Encouraging AHA! Moments for Organizational Success”, profiles several prominent corporate leaders and the creative tactics they use to establish an innovative workplace environment and maximize efficiency and productivity. She has also written extensively for a number of professional publications, including the Journal of Management Education and the Journal of Business Ethics. Nancy has traveled to numerous international destinations, teaching and researching with an eye toward identifying traits and trends that can benefit businesses and organizations everywhere. She is enthusiastic about her work, and has substantial experience contributing her expertise to television/radio shows and other media outlets.
