In this lively and informative interview you will learn strategies of self-discipline and practical methods to gain and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude…

I come from a very hard working, disciplined family background and my childhood was in the main very challenging. I was born in the Ukraine but grew up in the Middle East and I am now based in Milton Keynes, UK. You may think this is very unusual though I feel very privileged to have had this experience as it has helped me to gain deeper understanding of different cultures.

At the age of 19 I had the opportunity to work in my uncle's business where I was given a position as Operations Manager of his factory making bedding. I was managing large groups of foreign workers both male and female who were on short term contracts. I always admired their strength, how they pushed themselves to provide for their family, how they had come to my country to earn money and then would return home to set up a better life there.

That was a big turning point in my life because I could see and feel how stressful life was for them.  I used to talk to them about their problems, dry their tears and encouraged them to focus on their goals. I discovered that I loved putting a smile back onto people's faces and loved giving them hope especially when they were missing their families and feeling down. Every human being is unique and special though they are often unaware of their potential and ability. All they need is someone to be there to listen to them and remind them of what they are and can achieve.
