He calls this state ‘The Inner Warrior’.  Henry coaches men through reframing their masculinity, their stories their values and beliefs. Only by going deep and facing the parts we try to hide can we ever experience a fearlessly beautiful life. Our masculinity needs to empower us not limit us.
Henry trains men and mentors Men in utilising the inner warrior tool kit to help empower their fellow man into becoming the best versions of themselves.  Henry is beyond passionate about sending a positive message to men who are suffering. He
takes his coaching and his message to institutions and schools across the U.K. to spread the message that we can all be vulnerable, confident and fearlessly beautiful.  The metal work part? Henry runs workshops for men to explore their vulnerabilities and strengthen their bonds within themselves and with each other. Through the transformation of steel
they can create something that is a powerful symbol for their transformation into fearlessly beautiful men.  Henry runs a successful support group for men on Facebook.
