I met today’s guest, known as “The Vitality Vixen”, at the New Media Summit last September in San Diego. Her energy exudes joy, play and healing which filled the room.  I wanted to know where all this VITALITY and charisma came from.  Through getting to know her story I found out it comes from her mission, which is to transform the conversation around suicide from one of silence, disgrace, and shame to one of transparency, reverence and compassion. She believes the root cause of the increasing suicide rates is that we have become SO ENMESHED in “The Hustle” and “Crushing It” that we have lost our ability to live a life of fulfillment. She believes PLAY creates the congruence and balance our lives are lacking.  She has several vehicles for sharing her healing and love such as singing, writing, mentoring and intuitive bodywork to name a few and she is ALWAYS looking for the next great adventure to make an even greater impact on the lives of those she serves. Yvonne is the Master Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, known as “The Neck Work Expert” who invented her very own technique called “The Brain Activator Massage.”  After 17 years coaching, she holds five Master level certifications as a Life Coach, Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Time Dynamics Practitioner and hypnotherapist.  With this unique combination of skills and training, her brand of transformational bodywork is in high demand.
