Virginia Muzquiz is the owner of and Chief Connection Officer at Master Connectors, Inc, helping six-figure solopreneurs capture the networth of their networks so they can build a business that not only fuels their passions and funds their dreams, but also has massive impact in the communities where they live and serve.  As an Executive Director with BNI MidAmerica, Virginia is responsible for helping business professionals build their own highly profitable referral organizations.  With over 30 years of teaching and business building experience, Virginia knows that leveraging social capital is the most cost effective way to build a business and design a life.  From 2005-2011, Virginia grew the contract services division of a local education franchise from $0 in annual revenue to over $2.5 million completely by word of mouth!  As the owner of Gateway Referral Institute (2010-2015), Virginia distinguished herself as a top producer and earned her seat on the exclusive Executive Circle.  Today, Virginia lives on the Muzquiz Mini Farm with her husband, Victor, 2 horses, 2 dogs, 3 cats and a flock of egg laying hens.  She enjoys spending time with her daughters, Nicole (23), Megan (21), reading, gardening, knitting and all things Steampunk!

Virginia shows her clients how to redirect the time and money spent in non-productive networking into leveraged word-of-mouth strategies that produce measureable improvements in their ROI.  By implementing, many small business owner’s clients have increased their revenue while saving countless hours and developing meaningful partnerships that make networking more profitable and more fun!
