Undivided Episode 23 - Love Yourself with Amy Phillips

Undivided focuses on breaking down the societal constructs that serve to divide us from one another. The goal of the show is to provide concrete and actionable steps to people to overcome whatever division may be impacting them so we can all live in harmony, peace, and happiness.

The next episode will focus on loving yourself and forgiving ourselves of things we have done "wrong" or feel guilt over in order to move forward to live a fulfilled purpose-driven life. We can only serve others and love others if we love ourselves and it is a societal problem that we will explore.

So many people live with old wounds and our society is one where compassion is removed and vulnerability is looked down upon. We will discuss self-love and self-forgiveness in an new and compelling way. 

My special guest for this show will be Amy Phillips, who will lend her expertise in a dialogue that will serve to empower the listeners. 

Amy is the founder and creator of Love Myself Revolution LLC.  The mission of LMR is to empower women to live their most authentic, wholehearted lives.  Amy is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Reiki practitioner and is currently working toward earning her certification in meditation teaching.  Amy received a BA in both Communication and Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.  She lives in NJ with her husband, two daughters and cat.  She loves traveling, country music, the Yankees, and reading.
