"Undivided" focuses on harmony and unity of people to overcome the barriers that society has put up to divide us. The program reviews the ways that society and the culture/secularism will seek to divide us along these lines and how we can use coaching to find the solutions within ourselves to overcome these obstacles. It seeks to find common ground and focuses on light, peace, and harmony.
This episode is on New Year's resolutions as we enter 2018 and the pressures that those different plans or objectives may place upon us. Many people have been surveyed in the past and have identified New Year's resolutions as an area where they have guilt, shame, embarassment, or feelings of failure. Many people set expectations that are unrealistic and fail to achieve the benchmark. This program will explore the rationale behind our propensity, especially in Western culture, to place such unrealistic burdens on ourselves. It will share coaching strategies to help plan and break down goals into smaller steps to create a sense of achievement.
