The next episode of FLY Conversation is with Ronice M B, a self-proclaimed EMPIRESS! She is a wife, mother of 4, mentor, life and development coach, works a 9-5 job and an entrepreneur. This native of Newark, NJ believes there's joy in every journey! 40+ and fabulous, Ronice has every reason to play the victim role or have disdain for love and relationships. She was molested as a child, raped as a teen, sexually violated as an adult and lived in a domestic violent relationship. But she has not allowed her wounds to transform her into someone she was not destined to be. The Ronice MB Show is her platform to share her journey, bridge the communication gap between the sexes, and help women become the heroine in their lives and not the victim.
In addition to being the host of the Ronice MB show, is the CEO of RMB Consultant Group, owner of Mona Lott Cocktail Parties and founder of Black Boys Count. She also assumed her seat as one of the honorary "Mayors" of Newark! She's the Chief of Staff for the City's Director of Health & Community Wellness and a committee member of the Newark Workforce Investment Board. Ronice attended Howard University, has a BS, Public Health from Rutgers University and a MBA from Keller School of Management, Devry University. Ronice is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapist (AASECT), National Black Masters in Business Association (NBMBA), and Executive Women of New Jersey.
