Train Your Brain to Up Your Game with Coach Mandy

Please join Coach Mandy Roczniak on Friday, December 20th at Noon EDT as she welcomes her guest Shannon Doepking Head Softball Coach at Amherst College.

Shannon is in her first year as head coach at Amherst and previously served as an assistant coach at Division One Stonybrook University and Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Prior to her coaching career, Shannon was a decorated catcher at the University of Tennessee and played five years in the National Pro Fastpitch league.

Mandy will be discussing with Shannon what she attributes to her successes, what it's like coaching today's athletes, what it takes to be sucessful off the field, and how she personally stays motivated to be her best everyday.
