Plan is a way of doing something that has been worked our in advance. God has already woeked out Jeremiah and Israel's furture ahead of life's story. He has already pre-set the success and prosperity of his people and His servant the prophet Jeremiah to have success and prosperity.
And even though it may be spoken at a time when it is hard to see clearly for the great big WALL that seems to be coming up all around them. Jeremiah had to know that his God always follows His own word to perform it. If He speak it He will do it and it WILL come to pass.
And by the same token the Father has not left off saving His people today. When the worst seems to get worst we must know that God our Father has a PLAN and it is already in motion. All we have to do is follow His instructions as written in the B.I.B.L.E. and not allow this worlds Temptations to make us take the wrong turn on this road to victory... God's PLAN WILL COME!
