When a people come together and work together with the same goal in mind as did Judah in Nehemiah's time. The re-building proce:ss will begin and it will be successful. ... "Whenever two or three are gathered in my name... there am I in the midst..." Mat. 18:20. Jesus was confirming unity and working together in this Gospel as one man to succeed in building on the Kingdom ... which has come.
Nehemiah in the Old Testament days was also encouraging the people to come together to work as one man to rebuild the walls and the city of Jerusalem which was in a state of utter ruins.
Today we must come together as one man to work in bringing our people back to Kingdom Worship in the serice of the Living God, the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. Heaven is His Throne... but the Earth is His Foot Stool. He it is who has the final word on all things. In this we know that ... The Heavens DO RULE!!
